Shipping Information

Please allow up to two weeks for delivery as some of our products are made to order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the package is on your way.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:

North America: 2-4 weeks

Europe: 2-6 weeks

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-7 weeks

Asia Pacific: 2-7 weeks

Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-6 weeks

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please note: due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item.

Full priced items may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Items marked down in price: Purchased without the use of an additional discount or promotion code may be exchanged for a similar item or for ecomm store credit only. Purchased with an additional discount or promotion code are a final sale and will not be accepted for return, exchange, or ecomm store credit.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE.

Items must be unwashed and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for exchange or credit.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional change.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

If there is a problem with a product or an error on your order, e-mail info@softfemme.com and we will assist you. If we’ve sent you the wrong or a damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.

CANCELATIONS:

We put a lot of love in everything we do. As we are starting some of our products are made to order, and because of this, once an oder is placed, it may not be canceled.
